چکیده

Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is a promising solution to improve plant growth under salt stress. Among PGPR, Pseudomonas genus of bacteria that possesses variety mechanisms in promoting and inducing resistance biological as well non-biological This study aimed isolate the from salty-contaminated rhizosphere root collecting at Nam Dinh, also investigate their functions peanut seedlings salty conditions. Nine were isolated, but only seven them identified by Pseudomonas-specific primers. Two those isolates, ND06 ND09, chosen based on characteristics such production indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), phosphate solubilization, nitrogen fixation. In addition, both two strains carried coding gene for 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase which plays an important role supporting plants withstand various stress Especially, ND09 strain improved parameters normal conditions; while presented enhancement not These results suggest may be used agent eco-friendly agricultural practices future.

Stress Inducible Overexpression of AtHDG11 Leads to Improved Drought and Salt Stress Tolerance in Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)

Peanut is an important oilseed and food legume cultivated as a rain-fed crop in semi-arid tropics. Drought and high salinity are the major abiotic stresses limiting the peanut productivity in this region. Development of drought and salt tolerant peanut varieties with improved yield potential using biotechnological approach is highly desirable to improve the peanut productivity in marginal geogr...

Nodulation in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) roots in the presence of native and inoculated rhizobia strains

There is considerable interest in improving nitrogen ®xation in legumes to increase soil fertility, particularly in the developing countries. The effect of inoculation of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) seed with Bradyrhizobium sp. USDA 3187 was examined under ®eld conditions. In order to determine nodule occupancy, bacterial cells from surface-sterilized nodules of inoculated plants were isolated...

Changes in auxin patterns in developing gynophores of the peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea L.).

The peanut plant (Arachis hypogaea L.) produces flowers aerially, but buries the recently fertilized ovules in the soil in order for the fruit and seeds to mature underground. The organ that carries the seeds into the soil is called the gynophore. The growth of the peanut gynophore is regulated primarily by indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). A monoclonal antibody raised against IAA was used to success...

Peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) Omics and Biotechnology in China

Peanut is one of the most important crops in the world, both for vegetative oil and as a protein source. Biotechnology approaches provide promising ways to increase peanut productivity, either through improved seed quality or stress resistance. These approaches require the identification of genes that control important agronomical traits, the understanding of gene regulation and metabolic pathw...

Isolation and functional analysis of fatty acid desaturase genes from peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.)

BACKGROUND Fatty acid desaturases are enzymes that introduce double bonds into fatty acyl chains. Extensive studies of fatty acid desaturases have been done in many plants. However, less is known about the diversity of this gene family in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.), an important oilseed crop that is cultivated worldwide. RESULTS In this study, twelve novel AhFADs genes were identified and i...
